Welcome to Olab Innovations (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, 3D printing services, and related content (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order or use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

 

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Upload or request production of weapons, illegal items, or prohibited materials.
  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse our website or production systems.
3. Orders and Production
  • Design Submission: You are responsible for the accuracy of the files you upload. We may reject files that are technically unprintable or unsafe.
  • Pricing: Prices are calculated based on material, print time, and finishing. Quotes are subject to change if design modifications are required.
  • Turnaround Time: Production times are estimates. Delays may occur due to technical issues, material availability, or design revisions.
  • Quality: We aim to deliver high-quality prints, but 3D printing involves tolerances and slight variations. Minor imperfections are not considered defects.
4. Intellectual Property
  • You retain ownership of your designs, files, and materials.
  • By submitting a file, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of manufacturing and delivering your order.
  • You confirm that you have the rights to produce the submitted design and accept full responsibility for any issues arising from its use or production.
  • We will take reasonable efforts to protect your designs, files, and materials, and we will not sell or share them.
5. Payment & Refunds
  • Payment: Full payment must be made before production begins.
  • Refunds: Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Refunds may be issued only if we are unable to fulfill your order due to technical reasons.
6. Shipping & Delivery
  • We engage multiple local courier partners and are not responsible for delays caused by third-party services. Shipping fees will be charged. Self-collection is available upon request.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the courier.
7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, due to use of our products or Services. All copyrights for the designs, files, and materials belong to their respective owners and not to us. 

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services to produce:

  • Weapons, firearm parts, or explosive devices.
  • Objects intended for illegal or harmful use.
9. Privacy

We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (https://olabinnovations.com/privacy-policy/). We only collect data necessary to fulfill your orders and provide our Services.

 

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated Date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

 

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Singapore.
